Advisory
Methodology
A structured advisory process for discovery, evaluation, findings, recommendations, and roadmap development.
MP Technology Group uses a structured assessment process designed to translate technical complexity into clear decisions.
1. Discovery
We begin by understanding the business context, current concerns, technical scope, stakeholders, constraints, and desired outcomes.
Discovery establishes what needs to be reviewed and why it matters to the organization.
2. Evaluation
We evaluate the relevant systems, architecture, documentation, controls, dependencies, and operational practices.
The evaluation is designed to identify both technical issues and business-impacting risks.
3. Findings
Findings separate symptoms from root causes.
The goal is to clearly explain what was observed, why it matters, and how it affects risk, resilience, cost, security, or operational effectiveness.
4. Recommendations
Recommendations are practical, prioritized, and tied to expected outcomes.
We avoid unnecessary complexity and focus on changes that improve the environment in measurable ways.
5. Roadmap
The roadmap sequences improvements so leadership can make informed decisions about timing, budget, ownership, and priority.
The output is designed to support both executive planning and technical execution by your internal team, existing vendors, or selected implementation partners.
